Programme

In order to be able to offer ideal training, we have developed a different program.

The entry-level program is ideal in acute cases and with low stress. Those who want to train more in order to reach their goal faster are in good hands in the build-up program. Those who do not want to stick to fixed times or who want to train more often and longer will enjoy the activity program.

Contains one training session a week of 45 minutes in a fixed course

Ideal for the beginner and with low resilience

Build-up program

Includes one training unit per week in a fixed course in the advanced program-Specialized Groups

2 courses introductory program

Evolution project including performance tests

In all programs:

- Take a short break at any time

possible in all programs.

- Program change is possible.

Activity program

Includes all courses, maximum flexibility and effectiveness

Notification of individual appointments is not necessary
